CONTINUUM CALIFORNIA CONTINUUM CABERNET 2005
Tim Mondavi's debut wine. A full-bodied cabernet-based red that's packed with cassis, vanilla and spice box, plus a touch of smoke.... I could go on and on-talk about layers! It's drinking well now and will only improve with age!

BARTHOD BURGUNDY CHAMBOLLE MUSIGNY 2006
Reds from Chambolle-Musigny are known for their elegance and finesse-this wine is no exception. Subtle but present raspberry and cherry aromas open-up to a soft and earthy minerality. The palate shows great acidity, body and depth of flavor.

MASCARELLO PIEDMONT MONPRIVATO 1998
Perfumed and velvety. Rose petals, plenty of red fruit and a distinctly sweet character, and a hint of pine needles. The palate is equally delightful. Delicately structured, with silky tannins. Long and intense finish. A fantastic wine.

DIAMOND CREEK CALIFORNIA GRAVELLY MEADOW 2000
With a sturdy spine and concentrated fruit, Gravelly Meadow smells of currants, crème brulee and earth, and its compact flavors keep ample fruit intact. Patience is required, price and need for age make this for serious collectors of cabernet.
